I'm renting my single family house from June/12/2021. This is 2 story single family house with nice backyard. It has 3 bedrooms (1 master & other 2). Master bed has species master bathroom with huge closet and there is one more bathroom. Kitchen has pantry. The washer dryer area is downstairs near kitchen. Also there is loft on second floor. All the bedrooms are on second floor. First floor has kitchen, laundry, breakfast area, hall and powder room. Downstairs there is hardwood in hall and breakfast area and tiles in kitchen and powder room. Upstairs all bedrooms has carpet and bathrooms has tiles. Master bath has nice glass door shower as well as big tub. Other bathroom has tub with shower. It has 2 car garage. The backyard is nice green in summer and almost same as house size. Community has swimming pool and 2 tennis courts. You will get/have access card for this. Will provide the refrigerator and washer & dryer. Looking for long term lease. If I get someone to write 2 years or more lease than I would prefer him/her. Will upload the photo soon.
Rules.
1) Small Pets (only dogs) are allowed and no smoking.
2) You can not sublease.
3) 4-5 people can stay.
4) You will be responsible for your utility & Trash bills (water, electric, internet/TV, natural gas & Trash)
5) Cable/internet providers are AT&T and Comcast. You can buy service from them and you can pay to them.
6) Owner will take care of HOA dues and property tax.
7) Owner will take care of lawn fertilizer every year however you may have to water the sod if needed.
8) Owner will get insurance from home shield which will cover some damages however if there is any small amount (up to $500)of co-pay to it you need to bear it big co-pay owner will take care of it.
9) Rent is due Monthly and it should come with in first 3 days of the month or else there will be late fee of $25 for up to 10 days of the month and $100 late fee after 10th day of the month.
10) If you need to leave before ending the contract there will be 2 month lease breaking charges to the tenant and One month notice is required. If last day falls inside the calendar month (not end of the calendar month), you will be responsible for that entire calendar month rent.
11) At the end of the lease if there is any damage in the house you will be responsible for it.
12) First month, last month and one month security deposit is due upon move in.
