Issues involving law enforcement, the courts, or the fire department may be grounds for terminating the lease. Likewise, inappropriate and annoying parties that interrupts the enjoyment of the neighboring residents' lifestyle, are also prohibited. Damages to the property resulting from carelessness or accidental situations, attributed to the resident or their guest, needs to be reported to the owner within twenty-four hours. Repairs will be done through the property owner and billed to the lessee, for immediate payment. Pests and insects are to be reported quickly to resolve the problem. Vechicles are only to be driven and/or parked on the driveway or along the street's curb. Not on the yard, not in the tree lawn areas, or blocking the sidewalk. Vechicles are to be maintained, with no leaks, and driveable. Signs and/or changes to the property need to be approved by the owner. This is a residentual apartment; as such, appliances and the property are not to be used to support a business endeavour, a charity, or used for the benefit of anyone not on the lease agreement.
