Pets are approved by manager discretion. Dogs must be crated during owners' absence. No pets are allowed on furniture. No smoking anywhere in or around the grounds. Lease duration is one month minimum, and may be continued on a month to month or week by week basis after the first 30 days. We can tailor the lease to meet your stay requirement. The first $200 of utilities (power, gas, and water) are included in the monthly rent rate. Trash, lawn care, WiFi, etc are all included. $600 of the reservation deposit is set aside for move-out cleaning fee. The remaining amount of the deposit may be refunded after satisfactory move-out.
