There are outside steps to descend to the private entrance, this is not a shared living space. There is a full granite kitchen, bath with tub/shower, giant closet space, washer/dryer, off street parking for one vehicle in a very safe, quiet, scenic neighborhood. Floors are hardwood and carpet. Windows open to the landscaped back yard with trees and hard scape. Utilities are included. The location is 3 miles from either 400 exit 12B or 13. It is furnished. There is a park nearby with trails. Please no smoking and no pets. I prefer to do a phone meet and great rather than a Zillow application.
