Looking for an inexpensive, temporary rental in South Durham? We plan to be away from Jul. 15th to Oct. 15th and want to rent our fully furnished, pleasant, two bedroom one bath house for that time period at a very reasonable rate to a neat, sensible, person (or two) willing to keep house, mow the lawn, bring in the mail, and alert us to any issues that come up around the house. Must furnish excellent references. Prefer one renter. Backyard is fenced, so a pet is possible but would need to be negotiated.
