    Welcome to the Rosy Beach Bungalow, a cozy family and pet-friendly retreat just three blocks from Ocean Beach and Dog Beach. This charming home is perfect for families with pets and is equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay, including a pack 'n play crib, beach wagon, surfboards, boogie boards, and a desk for remote work. The bungalow offers a spacious and comfortable space with a king bed in the first bedroom, featuring a walk-in closet and ceiling fan, and an optional window A/C. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, mini-split A/C, ceiling fan, closet, and an upscale en-suite bathroom. The living room is equipped with a cozy wraparound sofa, sound bar, and ceiling fan. The fully equipped galley kitchen comes with starter supplies for your convenience. Ask about our add-ons including early check-in, late check-out, pack 'n play crib, beach wagon, surf and boogie boards, pet policy, and car rentals to save the hassle of the rental agency. Pets are welcome with a $100 fee per pet per stay. Please keep pets off the beds, comforters, and sofas to avoid extra cleaning or replacement fees. Undeclared pets will incur a $200 fee per pet. Ideally located with easy access to Ocean Beach's best spots, including nearby shops, eateries, and parks. A quick drive will take you to Mission Beach, the airport, and downtown. Public transportation options such as buses, Ubers, and Lyfts are readily available nearby. Street parking is available, but it can be difficult to find on busy days due to the proximity to the beach. The property is equipped with a device that monitors the environment inside, including noise levels, temperature, and motion, to ensure a pleasant stay and avoid disturbing neighbors. Shoes off upon entry, quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m., and no parties are allowed. Undeclared guests will be charged $65 per person. Smoking indoors will incur a $200 charge. Do not unplug, tamper with, or cover any Wi-Fi, outdoor security cameras, or locks, as fees will apply. No unlawful use of the home is permitted. Use coasters under all glasses, cups, or mugs to prevent water rings and stains, and trivet mats for hot pots to prevent heat damage to surfaces. Garbage disposal instructions are provided to avoid malfunctions. For monthly guests, there is a utility cap of $200, with guests responsible for any overages. Blazing-fast Wi-Fi is available for remote workers and digital nomads, along with a desk for remote work.
