We feel like we live in the country while only a little over 2 miles to shopping on the main drag of highway 43 in Lawrenceburg. We are only 1 mile from highway 64, the main thoroughfare between Fayetteville and Memphis. We are less than 1 ½ hours to both Nashville and Huntsville. The living room has a fireplace and a set of country craftsman built-in shelving units framing the front window. A very spacious master bedroom suite with bathroom and 2 closets. The newly remodeled kitchen with dining area. Upstairs there are 2 very large secondary bedrooms & bathroom. There is a large off-season storage room. In the basement you’ll find a 4th bedroom or mancave with a roughed-in bathroom. The rest of the basement can be a workshop, storage, &/or a garage. There is a lower-level driveway leading to the garage door. The upper level has a circle driveway leading to the front door. With 4 acres there is room for a big garden and some animals, with room left over. We have enjoyed this house for its outdoor and indoor appeal.
