Rental requirements:
Employment / income verification along with Credit and background checks supplied by applicant, or we can do them for you. Must be no less than 60 days old are required for all applicants along with a good current and past rental referral.
First months rent, and security required at time of lease signing and prior to receiving keys. A $150.00 prepaid cleaning fee, prior to move in is required.
Sorry but no cats or dogs small caged animals will be considered.
If you have an ESA or a trained and certified legal service animal you must inform us prior to or at time of application, be able to show proof of need along with supplying a request of reasonable accommodation. Supply us with all necessary required Dr. paperwork at time of application. Also if an actual service animal, its certification through an accredited service animal training organisation considered by the state will be required to be supplied prior to signing of lease.
