Water, electricity, trash and sewer are included in the rent, tenant pays for propane. Internet is available. Freshly painted with new carpet and pad. Owner pays for trash, sewer, water, electricity, basically all utilities except propane and phone/internet. This is covered by the rent this is approximately equivalent to a $1500 a month rental. Animals are negotiable, I understand that people that want this lifestyle may want dogs but I enjoy the wildlife at my house. We'll be neighbors so we'll need to discuss control of pets. There is a large fenced yard. I'll ask for a pet deposit based on what you have and how many. There is a chicken coop, no charge for them. lol Horses are welcome and I have facilities for them.
