ROOM 2 -- $1,100 -- Sunny room with twin bed, dresser, table, small closet, wardrobe, Roku TV.
ROOM 3 -- $1,175 -- Sunny big room with full bed, love seat, coffee table, huge closet, dresser, table, Roku TV.
ROOM 4 -- $1,295 -- Massive primary bedroom with private living area, about 17 x 17 feet, three-seater couch, coffee table, Roku TV, full size bed, huge closet, dresser, table, sunny windows, ensuite entrance to a shared bath that has a second door from the hallway. Feels like a large hotel suite.
Free strong WiFi and free laundry room. You're only responsible for your individual room lease and you would share your bathroom with only one other female. Utilities and monthly maid cleaning are split 5 ways.
One block to Georgia Ave express/local busses, less than one mile to Petworth Georgia Ave metro for yellow/green subway. Easy street parking. Walk to Safeway, CVS, Walmart, Yes! Organic Market, eateries, coffee houses, and nightlife along Upsher Street and 14th Street.
Sorry, no pets. No smoking or any drugs including pot. Homeowner/landlord lives in the finished basement apt with her infant and works from home. Landlord has own entrance so your interaction will mostly be with three fellow young female housemates.
Please note there is no entertaining guests at the house and tenants are asked to do their socializing outside of the house please. The home can be ideal for young women who want to relax after work and avoid the pitfalls of traditional group houses like loud parties or strangers staying overnight.
