My husband and I have recently remodeled the Historic Elmira School house off of highway 95. The house is two bedroom, dining room, wood stove in the basement, new appliances in the kitchen, shower no bath, fenced yard and covered back porch. Wood stove for heat and no cooling system but the block exterior keep great temperature in the house. There is no washer and dry but hook ups available. The shed out back is open for storage. Propane oven. Animal friendly. 15 miles north of sandpoint. Renter is responsible for wifi and electric bills, propane. Parking and storage is available. Must keep house warm through winter by cutting and storing dry firewood. Must be able to clear snow from drive way. Pets are okay upon approval. The school house and shop are not available to the renter.
