The house is in a quiet residential area with free off-street parkings. The house is close to many supermarkets and restaurants. The owners are university professors. * We are unable to host pets. * The bathroom has a tub, single sink, and a toilet. * The rent includes all the utilities. Owners pay the utilities. No smoking please. The term of the lease is flexible. I am a university professor living upstairs with my old parents. The unit is completely private with separate entrance, kitchen, etc.
