Very nice, quiet neighborhood with many custom homes in the area. You won't find to many 5 acres on a paved road which really cuts down on the dust. Driveway is about 180' so very private and great for RV's or trailers. It is a stick built home and not a manufactured home which is important for financing and appreciation. It is built on a pier and beam foundation. The whole area is a flood area and this lifted our home up enough so our mortgage company didn't require flood insurance. It is a smaller, more basic home but it is well built such is cellulose in the walls and one inch of poly-iso exterior insulation with 3/4 air gap and radiant barrier and Hardy siding. It was our dream to use this home as an adu and build a barndominium on the other side of the lot but health issues forces sale. It is surrounded by Saguaro National Forest on three sides. It is a thick, desert forest area that offers a lot of privacy. The pier and beam lifts the patio up so it makes for a great mountain view as seen in the picture. Neighbors can't see or hear you sitting on your patio. There are a few things I am still trying to finish up so whatever I don't finish we could negotiate on the price.
