The main level has one master suite with a bath and another bedroom that adjoins a half bath. Upstairs in the loft is another bedroom or office. Rocking chairs are on the front deck or the wrap-around deck for enjoying privacy or entertaining. A large rock, wood-burning fireplace with a spacious kitchen that opens into the living and dining. From this property, it is just a short walk to the Chalet Village Community trout pond and private pool for the residents. The monthly rental rate covers water, general grounds, sewer, and HOA fees. The resident is responsible for electricity and internet. This cabin is located in an HOA community that maintains regulations for your safety and enjoyment of the beautiful homes and views. The house is fully furnished except for bed linens. This home is pet friendly with certain restrictions and a pet deposit.
