About a mile from UNE and a mile and a half from USM, this is a unique unit that is quite large with two distinct sides that are connected. These two rooms for rent are on one side and have their own kitchen, bathroom and common area that are shared only with each other. I was updated this summer including a new kitchen. The other side over the garage has it's own amenities and entryway. It's like living in your own two bedroom unit since you'll rarely have to see people on the other side. This space is basically brand new. Updates made this summer include new kitchen cabinets, new appliances, floors, new heat pump for air-conditioning and heat, refreshed bathroom and fresh paint throughout.
