Our home is on an acre, surrounded by trees. The yard is beautifully landscaped, and there is a year-round creek bordering the property in the back. While we are close to town, it feels like we are secluded in our own private retreat. You would be invited to enjoy the back deck and patio in the spring, summer and fall, use the grill if you would like, and join us around the fire pit on cool evenings. Sitting by the creek to read and reflect is a favorite pastime, or on those few really hot days in the summer, you might choose to sit IN the creek. You have the entire upstairs. Our home is on the main floor, and the studio is upstairs with its own kitchenette, closet, full bathroom, small fridge, couch, tv, bed and dining table. The unit is completely furnished with basic kitchen essentials provided. It is appx. 450 sq. ft. The studio has three large windows that let in plenty of light, looking out onto the back and side yards. The laundry room is at the bottom of the stairs. The washer and dryer are available for your use. Due to limitations in parking and our septic system near the creek, the studio is only able to accommodate one person. All utility costs are included in the monthly rent. All utilities are included and fast internet. One month minimum lease. No smoking or drugs. There is off-street parking on site. We take care of snow removal.
