The hot water tanks are shared between units, so prolonged usage could affect temperatures. Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. Texas is home to plenty of bugs, especially during cricket season. Keep all windows and doors closed, especially in the evenings, to manage them. If you notice any inside, feel free to use the bug spray provided under the sink. A laptop computer is not included.
