There is no access to the locked mailboxes at this property, so please do not have any mail or packages delivered to the home during your stay, as they cannot be retrieved. The hot water tanks are shared between units, so prolonged usage could affect temperatures. Do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the premises, whether indoors or outdoors. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. Fireworks are not allowed.
