This space features a queen bed and a full-size pull-out sofa bed. The kitchenette is equipped with everything you need during your downtown stay in Austin, including a full-size refrigerator, microwave, coffee station, stove top with two burners, and pantry. Enjoy entertainment with a TV and Bluetooth speaker, and refresh in the private bathroom with a hair dryer and closet. Parking is on the street on a first come first serve basis. There may be some noise during your stay due to nearby construction, which is outside of our property and beyond our control. Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the premises, whether indoors or outdoors, with a minimum smoking fee of $150. However, the total charge may be higher if the property's condition renders it temporarily unrentable. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. The hot water tanks are shared between units, so prolonged usage could affect temperatures. Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. Texas is home to plenty of bugs, especially during cricket season. You may notice a few more of them around September, and they're completely harmless. To help keep them outside, please keep all windows and doors closed, especially in the evenings. If you happen to notice any inside, feel free to use the bug spray provided under the sink.
