There is a ramp for wheel chair access on the front of the house. The second bathroom has a shower that is wheel chair accessible. We lived in our motor home while we were redoing this house. We chose everything hoping to last us our lifetime. All the cabinets are natural hickory cabinets. We had a steel beam put in the ceiling between kitchen and living room so that we wouldn't have a beam separating the rooms. All rooms have cable and telepone hookups including the main bathroom. I made a packet of all the booklets on the things in the home. We started around 2000 and we replaced furnace and air conditioner had all ducts cleaned out. The hot water heater is a little older. We had to replace the flooring in one bedroom, down the hall, living room, kitchen and laundry room. There is new ceramic tile in the main bathroom. The sliding glass door off the kitchen was also added when we remodeled. We had a 20 x 20 Heritage vinyl deck built on the back. This has a warranty that can be transfered one time.
