This stand-alone dreamy bungalow comes completely furnished inside and out, including internet, is private, and nestled into a canopy of trees. It includes beautiful hardwood floors, a large furnished wrap-around deck, lots of outdoor storage for kayaks, bikes, etc., a bonus room with a separate entrance you can use for (office/art studio/ etc.), a giant walk-in closet, bedroom, and private Washer/Dryer. The kitchen will have appliances, dishes, pots/pans, etc. The house is only 1 block from Malvern Park that has an outdoor pool and nice tennis courts. The home is also a 5-minute walk to The Malvern and close to coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants, breweries, music venues, shopping, etc. on Haywood Rd. About me, I live in the front house. I am vegan, I do yoga, I'm into hiking, mountain biking, snowboarding, healthy plant-based food, anything outdoors, I love vintage motorcycles, and going out to see live music. I am outgoing and friendly but will not be in your face. My neighbors are all amazing. I'll be taking care of the yard maintenance. I would love this to be more of a communal space and not feel like I have to tip-toe around you and vice versa. My ideal situation is to have someone rent March and April but if you want to come in a week into March and book through the end of April that I can make that work. I expect you to be clean, non-smoker, be friendly, recycle, live green, and allow me in from time to time to fix things that break, make improvements, updates, etc when needed but I would never pop in unannounced. I will allow a small pet but being that the place comes with nice furniture and with nice wood floors, we would have to come up with a deposit and/or agreement that if anything gets damaged, it gets fixed and/or replaced. There's only room for one car to park off-street so this place is ideal for one person or a couple that shares 1 car. The street parking can be a pain because only one side can be parked on. PS: I'm also a real estate agent so if you want to be my client, we can work out a deal on rent and you can leave after you close without penalty.
