great condo. new red oak floor in living and dining room. wood stove. wrap around deck in quiet neighborhood. new gas furnace. will lower price 6% if no realtor involved. otherwise, I will pay realtor. air conditioning works but is old and needs some Freon. buyer may want newer carpets and paint (bedrooms do not have wood floor). price without a realtor is 284,999 less 6% (17,076) = 267,523 net. if realtor, I will pay their fees, but no 6% discount (but will discount 3% if realtor only wants that much). realtors: thank you for you interest, but call only if you have an interested buyer or want to view the property. if I ever list, I have a realtor in mind. thank you. just had home inspected, so report is available upon request. just lowered price (3/15/19) and unwilling to negotiate on price or fix items in the report (all of which I deem minor in nature).
