The largest guest room has a king bed, TV, and connected bathroom, while the pleasantly-sized third bedroom has a queen bed. COMPLETE RENTAL AGREEMENT: Our complete rental agreement will be made available to you should you inquire about reserving this home. Reservations are contingent on receiving a signed rental agreement. Below are some brief highlights from our rental agreement: SHORT TERM RENTAL: Guests shall use the Vacation Home solely for a private transient (short-term) occupancy vacation residence and for no other purpose. The owners are choosing to rent their home as a vacation rental for short term, or 30 night increments. NON-SMOKING, NO VAPING: No smoking of any kind including vaping. MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENTS: Guest securing/signing the rental agreement must be 30 years of age or older, and must be present at the Vacation Home for the Occupancy Period when anyone under the age of 18 is there. NO PETS: Pets are not allowed at any of our homes. Bringing a pet is an immediate forfeiture of security deposit and possibly additional monetary damages. PARTIES AND EVENTS: We DO NOT rent to party groups, events, bachelor parties, bachelorette parties, or any other type of party. Any violation of this provision will result in immediate termination of the rental, eviction, and loss of any unused rental fees and security deposit.
