Easy commute by car, bike or bus to Boulder, Niwot and Longmont. Asher Brewing and Avery Brewing are just one block down a side street, for great beer and food. Multi-use trails / paths / bike lanes almost all the way to downtown Boulder, and all around Gunbarrel and Twin Lakes Multiple previous tenants have since left to purchase similar condos in Powderhorn, which says something of both the complex and location.
