This 1 bedroom cottage is located located in beautiful Ogunquit, Maine. It is a great location, just 1 mile to the beach, 1/2 mile to the village, where there are many shops and restaurants, including a the Village Market grocery store. Ogunquit sponsors fun events during every season. Just a few miles north there is a large grocery store and drug stores. 20 miles south is the historic city of Portsmouth, NH, where you'll find all your shopping needs, and many restaurants and venues for entertainment and music. The cottage would be leased on a month to month basis, allowing either the renter or owner the option of non-renewal, for any reason, with a 30 notice. The cottage becomes a vacation rental on May 1, at the rental rate of $1575 per week. The following are the rules established by condominium association which must be followed by Owners and Renters The following rules apply to all owners, their guests and renters. It is the responsibility of unit owners to make their guests and renters aware of the rules and the expectation to abide by the rules. Each unit is allowed 2 parking spaces only. Please make sure "Guest" placards or tags are clearly visible on the dashboard. Only owners (not their guests) are allowed to park in the three non-numbered parking spaces. All owners and their renters must put their trash in the dumpster located in the parking lot near the wooden fence. Construction waste of any sort is not permitted. No illegal dumping of TVs, propane tanks etc. Boxes should be broken down to allow more space in the dumpster. All grilling must be done 20 feet from the building and renters are restricted to using grills provided by their unit owners. Personal property storage, beach chairs and umbrellas etc. are restricted to areas in back of units and should not block stairways, common areas, walkways or pose a safety hazard. There is no game playing of any sort whiffle ball, Frisbee, etc. and no bicycle riding, skateboarding, scooters etc. in the parking lot for the safety of individuals and the protection of property. Do not flush disposable wipes (they are not disposable!!), paper towels or sanitary products. Renters are not permitted to bring pets of any kind. Quiet times are from 11:00 pm until 8:00am. This includes not running washing machines and dryers in the units that have them. Thank you!!
