Paint job isn't the greatest and windows are in horrible condition (no locks, don't keep wind or cold/hot air out, etc.). Shades are broken. Tile and paint are peeling. There are leaks too. Scratches from dog on walls and doors. Nails coming out of the deck. Don't forget about the HUGE crack in kitchen window. Not a safe neighborhood either. All of this, plus constant problems with the next door neighbor: plays TV and music very loudly, especially at all hours of the day and night; calls the police on you for every reason thinkable; and much more.
