We have provided a \"home away from home\" for all of our guests to have the magical Orlando experience. Featuring four bedrooms each with their own flat screen TV, everyone in the family will be able to relax after spending a day in the hot Florida sun. This luxurious townhouse has 1 King bedroom downstairs with a shared full size bathroom for all to use. Upstairs there is another King bedroom with it\'s own private king bathroom. There are 2 other bedrooms upstairs each with 2 full beds. A large fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and full size stainless steel appliances awaits you. Worried about being on vacation and getting out of your routine? Worry no more! Storey Lake Resort has an incredible fitness center and even an outdoor sports court so you can stay active while away. Other things to note Storey Lake Resort has a security gate. Please have your \"welcome packet\" printed or on your phone when you arrive. Security will print you a voucher that you will scan to get back in the resort. Guest Interaction This home is self-check in. There will be no \"lobby\" or anyone to greet you. You will receive a personalized code for the door and alarm. I live around the area and I am available whenever needed. You may call or text me if you have any issues. Our private pool can be heated upon request for $35 a day and has to be on for the duration of your stay. The pool heating fee can be collected before arrival. Please request this before your arrival. It does take up to 24-48 hours to heat so I cannot guarantee the pool will be heated if it is not requested prior to your arrival. All guests are required to sign our rental agreement via DocuSign before checking in, this information is sent over outside of any platform and must be sent to your email. The Neighborhood The greatest part about my home is the LOCATION. We are close to everything there is to do in Orlando especially when it comes to the world of food. Picking a restaurant has never been easier. I have listed a few of my favorites so you can spend less time worrying about where to eat and more time enjoying your vacation. Bahama Breeze -A laid-back chain restaurant featuring yummy Caribbean food and vibrant tropical Island drinks. Their menu is extensive so there is something for everyone. Daily happy hour specials from 4 PM - 6 PM make this a great spot for an early dinner. Late night cravings and tired of fast food? Late night happy hour starts at 9 PM and goes on until MIDNIGHT. A must try! Sabor Brasil -A hole in the wall strip mall spot serving traditional Brazilian food buffet style. This spot is jam-packed with culture and Latin flare as it also doubles as a mini supermarket with imported goods. Cafe DAntonio -Located in the city of Celebration, this quaint little restaurant serves classic and authentic Italian dishes. This incredible spot mixes old traditions and new to create an incredible culinary experience. Cafe DAntonio has one of the best outdoor seating areas. Sit back and enjoy your dinner as you gaze out onto the lake. ARI -Located in the city of Celebration, this is one of the top Sushi spots in all of Central Florida. ARI is a mix of Japanese and Korean specialties served in a modern and stylish space. This restaurant also has amazing outdoor seating facing the lake. Good food and a beautiful view? You cant miss it!Theme parks such as Universal Studios, Volcano Bay and Disney World as well as world class shopping malls and outlets are just a 20-25 minute drive. The Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets are less than a 15 minute drive from the home. This outdoor shopping plaza has high end stores like Kate Spade, Michael Kors and All Saints. Common stores like American Eagle, Forever 21 and Fossil are also located in this outlet. All Disney theme parks and all Universal theme parks are less than 15 minutes away too.
