The home has two covered decks made for entertaining. One overlooks Canandaigua Lake and is approximately 200 sq. feet. the other overlooks a private backyard and is close to 300 Sq. ft. both provide a cook haven from the hot summer sun and a lovely way to enjoy a warm rainy afternoon outdoors. I co-own fenced 50 by 80 ft. of gorgeous lakefront property directly across from my home. It is fully maintained by our HOA dues with a safe stair access, grassy seating, a permanent dock to sit on, swimming area and boat access area for members. We have only 22 members in the Associaton so it is very exclusive and always available for use. All the windows in my home overlook the lake or the backyard and many are french or sliding doors accessing the decks. the home is filled with natural light year round.
