The apartment is located above a 3 car garage. Private entry and patio. Apartment is on second floor accessible via stairs only. The open living room features large windows with views to the surrounding hills. Kitchen and dining room adjoin the living room. The electric fireplace can be moved from room to room. All rooms have ceiling fans and there is air conditioning in the larger bedroom. Both bedrooms have large double closets and there is a storage cabinet in the bathroom also. There is a shower but no tub. Owners pay for electric, gas, water, garbage, Dish Network TV access and Valley Internet service. WIFI is provided but is not DSL speed. Cell phone service can be spotty so a land line may be needed. Shared washer and dryer located on first floor. Apartment can be rented furnished or not. We are very dog friendly and have 3 of our own. Your friendly dog is welcome but no cats. Tenant must be non smoker and no drugs. Owner pays for electric, gas, water, garbage, Dish Network TV and Valley Internet.
