We have 2 homes we are needed to sell both. We live one the one at 487 Old Tracey Branch Rd. There is also a room built onto this home that you can use for an extra bedroom. We reflected the living floor about 5 years ago using the advantec flooring. We reflected the bathroom floor about 2 years ago. There is no heat and air. We use a coal stove for heat. The other house as I have posted a few pics of it also we use as storage. It had been burned on the inside, we bought it that way for the land. But some work has been done on it, but the roof leaks in the bathroom and the bedroom of that house. That house also has an unfinished basement. It has a heat and air unit but dont know if it works. Both houses was built in 1970 and the square footage of both is 1204. We need to sell both. We are asking $35,000 for both.
