We are out of the hustle and bustle of the city but only a short 11 minute drive downtown or a 10 minute drive to the beautiful Carvins Cove. We are looking for short term leasers who are willing to maintain the home for 3-4 months while we travel. Great for people relocating or looking for a space while their home is being built. 3-4 month lease max. Owner pays for all utilities & Internet and all furniture is included and must remain in the home they've duration of the stay. Renter is responsible for yard maintenance and any major property damage. Last and first month rent is due at signing. Renter will not have access to garage during stay. Small dogs are okay with a $200 non-refundable deposit. *There is absolutely no smoking in the home, back deck only*
