Arbor Meadows Condominium Association consists of 21 Buildings, Each have 4 condos per building, so there are 2 outside units and 2 inside units. My condo is an outside unit located on the South side. The outside units have 12 windows and the South side is quieter than the north side since it is not close to the Interstate highway. My unit was wired for two phones so I could have a separate one for the internet. Of course I am now using high speed cable for the internet. The smaller bedroom is set up as an office, but has a sleeper sofa. The unit also has a walk in shower and a nice little sun porch on the back and a small patio for BBQ or just relaxing. HOA dues cover building insurance, yard maintenance , snow removal & exterior. The association had a new roof installed in 2017. A nice ClubHouse available for members and there are scheduled activities for members. I am considering Moving to an assisted living place in Missouri. The furniture is top quality and I really do not want to auction it, so I will make it available to the buyer at an attractive price. The carpet should be replaced and I will make an adjustment for same grade as the original.
