It will be available October 15, 2024 - May 15, 2025. The guest suite is bright and cheerful with large windows which lets in lot's of natural light - lovely mountain views out of everyone window. This space includes an open concept kitchen/dining/living room. Kitchen includes refrigerator, cooktop, countertop oven, microwave, coffee pot, pots/pans and dishes. Dining room has a table for four. Cozy living room with hide-a-bed sofa and smart tv. Curl up with a cup of hot cocoa and a book and you'll be happy as a clam. Master bedroom has a queen bed, a smart TV, a full bathroom and a lovely mountain view. This guest suite is located in the lower level or our family home in Kalispell near the Lone Pine Trail Heads. It is a quiet and peaceful spot with a great view of the valley below. There is one parking slot that comes with this unit. It opens directly to a few steps that leads down to the pathway to your own personal entrance. While this suite operates independently and is very private, it is a part of a larger house. Looking for renters who are used to sharing space like this. There is no washer or dryer. No smoking. No pets. Rent $1,450 per month - includes utilities and internet. Electricity and heat are included by landlord at no additional cost of the tenant. The premises shares hot water with home above so judicial use of hot water is expected. Tenant shall pay to landlord monthly lease payments of $1,450 due on the first day of each month. Partial months are prorated as follows.
