This owner will allow pets on a case by case basis, no dangerous breeds. We would need to know the breed, age, weight, whether the pet is spayed/neutered and up to date on shots. Any owner approved pet would require a non-refundable fee of $275. Our application is online at www.Brevardpropertymanagement.Com Then send an email to PropMan@BrevardRealEstate.com with copies of the IDs of everyone 18 and over, as well as all proof of income and a photo of any pet and vet records of pet. Once approved you would need to pay the security deposit of $1500 and a $45 fee for the attorney to prepare the lease. Before move in you would have to pay the First full month's rent of $1400 and if there is an owner approved pet the non-refundable pet fee.
