Great neighborhood really country people no trouble makers or thieves around... Needs a fresh coat of paint and some work but is livable. I just replaced the tub and shower walls painted but the sparkling didn't harden right and paint is cracking off. Has some sheetrock repair to be done but that all will come off rent. Owner pays electric and gas bill first last and deposit due at signing. Smoking allowed. No water bill (well water) has a place for washer dryer hook ups but appliances not included. Very very big yard lots of room. Looking for an owner "renter," not just an average renter. Any and all repairs are the responsibility of the renter.
