We're looking for a thoughtful tenant or couple to lease our entire furnished 1BR from December 1-April 15. There's some wiggle room on dates, but we're looking for one occupant to cover all/most of that range. No pets please. We're on a peaceful residential street a couple blocks from all the action on Butler. Just around the corner are the Abbey, Stinky's, Spirit and Iron City Boulders, as well as Allegheny Cemetery and riverfront biking/walking trails. Street parking is always available on our block (usually right in front of our house).
