Situated in the small community of Old West Ranchettes which is completely surrounded by the Saguaro National Park. I personally designed my open concept home. The 3 bedrooms all have walk in closets. There are 2 doggy doors. One leads to pool area and other leads to the very large backyard. My home has Milgard windows and patio doors that have the best insulation you can purchase from them. Each bedroom has a hunter original fan. There are 4 hunter original fans in the great room and one in the laundry room. There are 2 original hunter fans on the back patio and 3 on the front patio by the pool area. The pool is heated by gas. The pool also has 2 self timing pool cleaners. From the pool area, master bedroom, great room, and bedroom 2 you can watch the sunset every night. From the extra large kitchen window over the sink and granite countertop, and bedroom 3 you can view the moon rise over the Tucson Mountains nearby. Each bedroom has a full bathroom. There is a gas fireplace in the great room. Each bedroom, great room and outdoor patios are wire for wall TVs. There is a gas hook up on pool area patio too. The laundry room gives you a choice of gas or electric appliances. The house had city water, gas, electric availability. Along with a septic tank. Each side of the house (4) there are motion security lights. There is also a laundry tub with running hot and cold water in the garage area where the gad hot water and the Nuvo water softener is located. The garage door is electric with 2 remotes for the cars. The garage also had another door that leads to the backyard. The home insulation, interior paint, and tile grout are chemical free. The home is designed for the handicapped person too. Each bathroom had a right height toilet and all doorways are wide enough for a wheelchair. There are no steps and there is a ramp from the garage to the house entrance door from garage. The great room has a 10 ft ceiling. Each sliding glass door has a remote controlled rolling shutter on the outside. Each bathroom sink is surrounded by granite.
