Coming Soon!!!! We purchased this home due to it's location and convenience to West Chester, Exton and being able to take the train into Center City. There were a few things that we knew needed fixing when we bought it (a carpeted kitchen?!) We've spent a lot of money on a super nice bathroom, and making the kitchen super functional and a place that you can sit and see all the things going on in the backyard. The backyard is fenced and our dogs love it and love chasing the squirrels in the trees. It's really nice in the summer to sit out back and you can hear the chimes at Grove Methodist in the evening. I hit the list button too early, we're working on renovations to another home we are moving to but not quite ready yet.
