I have a rental contract and a list of house rules/guidelines/expectations that I ask renters to review, initial, and sign prior to their stay. I also recommend renters obtain renters insurance during their stay for their added protection. $150 cleaning fee will be deducted from deposit upon check out. Minimum 30 days stay and maximum 6 month stay. Pets to be considered with more information provided at time of inquiry. Potential for pet deposit to be added to base deposit amount. Rental could be available sooner than 8/15/25 - contact me for more information if interested. Rental is fully furnished. All utility costs are included in monthly rent of $2500.00. Deposit is $2000 and is fully refundable. If you prefer an unfurnished home, I am open to discussing this option. If you prefer to put utilities in your name, price of monthly rental would decrease. I prefer to rent to travel nurses or others looking for 6 month lease or less. Willing to consider longer lease pending dates and approval. Full lease details available once approved by landlord.
