Backyard, Front Porch, quiet and relaxing neighborhood. Lawn care is done by landlord who lives nearby and is very responsive to any needs. We are in charge of snow removal in the winter though. Looking to share a lease with 1 other person - We will be splitting rent (775 each a month) and utilities (internet, electricity, and water). I am female, 32 years old, and work full-time and looking for someone who also works full-time and is pretty easy to get along with.
