The new owner would need to be approved by management. I already know management will accept a college student as long as their parents qualify. The park is located about a half mile from downtown. You won't be able to find a better location for being able to walk or ride your bike into town. You'll find this is an exceptionally inexpensive way to live. You have everything you need in this little house at a fraction of the cost of rentals in town. Lot rent is 500 a month which includes snow removal and trash. Owner pays the utilities. a 1 yr. lease is required. It's important to note that this house, even though it's on wheels, is not one that can be transported like a regular camper. It would either need to be left in the park or transported to your own property nearby. An appointment is required to see the inside. I'm not interested in renting it out, the park doesn't allow that and I don't need any help selling it.
