A built in closet provides ample storage space and houses a combination washer/dryer unit. The tiny home is heated and cooled with a mini-split heat-pump unit. For colder days, a wood burning stove heats the space up in minutes. A tankless water heater provides unlimited hot water, and a heat recovery ventilator ensures fresh air is circulated within the space. Note: Only a Certificate of Completion from the City of Durango Building Department and a Bill of Sale will convey with the sale of this tiny home. As such, a mortgage and other types of home loans may not be applicable. Island Cove terms: 1 dog is permitted. Lot rent is $835/month which includes trash/recycling, mow service & leaf clean-up in the fall. Security deposit $835, 1 year lease. Tenants must be over 18 and pass a background check as part of the rental application. There is a $60 rental application fee. Community amenities include onsite laundry facilities, garden plots ($90 for the season), communal fire pit, and 2-acre private island
