Starting July 25, 2025, the pool will be available on weekends only (Friday - Sunday). Due to ongoing exterior building maintenance, the weekend pool schedule may vary. Exterior work will begin on July 1st, balconies will be closed and views will be blocked with some noise expected between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Studios and 1-bedrooms receive 2 adult amenity passes, and 2-bedrooms receive 4. Minors do not need a pass but must be accompanied at all times and may only access the pool. Guests must adhere to all local laws and regulations regarding pet ownership. A penalty of $500 will be applied in the case of smoking in the apartment.
