Expect some noise due to facade repairs between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Studios receive 2 adult amenity passes, and minors must be accompanied at all times. A $40 fee applies for check-ins before 11 AM or after 9 PM. Smoking in the unit is prohibited, and a penalty of $250 will be applied if smoke or remains of smoking are found.
