This apartment is ideally located near Brickell City Centre (3 min), Wholefoods (4 min), Wynwood Walls (15 min), South Beach & Miami Beach (15 min), Ocean Drive & South Pointe Park Pier (15 min), Bayside Marketplace (5 min), Bayfront Park (7 min), Kaseya Arena (9 min), Adrienne Arsht Center (5 min), Little Havana (10 min), Miami Circle Park (2 min), and the Everglades (40 min). Starting July 25, 2025, the pool is available on weekends only (Friday to Sunday), with weekday (Monday to Thursday) access unavailable. Due to facade repairs starting July 1st, balconies will be closed, views will be blocked, and some noise is expected between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Studios receive 2 adult amenity passes; minors do not need a pass but must be accompanied at all times and may only access the pool.
