Due to facade repairs starting July 1st, balconies will be closed and views will be blocked, and some noise is expected between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Studios and 1-bedrooms receive 2 adult amenity passes, and 2-bedrooms receive 4. Minors do not need a pass but must be accompanied at all times and may only access the pool. A $40 fee applies for check-ins before 11 AM or after 9 PM, payable in cash upon arrival. Parties or noisy meetings are not allowed under any circumstances, and a penalty of $500 will be applied for smoking in the unit. Pets must be well-trained, quiet, and non-disruptive, and owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
