Hourly / Regular Valet is $50 (+$3 gratuity) and has a standard hourly rate with no in-and-out privileges. Alternatively, nearby parking can be reserved for $35/day. Starting July 25, 2025, the pool is available on weekends only (Friday - Sunday), and weekday (Monday to Thursday) access is not available. Due to facade repairs starting July 1st, balconies will be closed and views will be blocked, and some noise is expected between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Studios and 1-bedrooms receive 2 adult amenity passes, and 2-bedrooms receive 4. Minors do not need a pass but must be accompanied at all times and may only access the pool. A $40 fee applies for check-ins before 11 AM or after 9 PM, payable in cash upon arrival. Luggage storage is not available on the premises. Parties or noisy meetings are not allowed under any circumstances, and a penalty of $500 will be applied. Refrain from dyeing your hair while in the apartment to avoid accidents. Pets are not permitted, not even emotional support dogs. Please Note: Starting July 25, 2025, the pool will be available on weekends only (Saturday & Sunday).
