A late check-in fee of $40 applies for arrivals before 11 AM or after 9 PM. Smoking in the unit is prohibited, and a penalty of $500 will be applied for violations. Parties or noisy meetings are not allowed. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of one pet per unit. Check-in is after 3 PM and check-out is by 11 AM. Guests are expected to take out the trash before departure.
