Due to facade repairs starting July 1st, balconies will be closed and views will be blocked, and some noise is expected between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Studios and 1-bedrooms receive 2 adult amenity passes, and 2-bedrooms receive 4. Minors do not need a pass but must be accompanied at all times and may only access the pool. A $40 fee applies for check-ins before 11 AM or after 9 PM. Parties or noisy meetings are not allowed under any circumstances, and smoking is prohibited. A maximum of one pet per unit is allowed. Dogs must weigh no more than 75 pounds, and cats must be domesticated. Please, refrain from dyeing your hair while in the condo to avoid accidents. Dont forget to take out the trash before you leave.
