This apartment is ideally located near Brickell City Centre (3 min), Wholefoods (4 min), Wynwood Walls (15 min), South Beach & Miami Beach (15 min), Ocean Drive & South Pointe Park Pier (15 min), Bayside Marketplace (5 min), Bayfront Park (7 min), Kaseya Arena (9 min), Adrienne Arsht Center (5 min), Little Havana (10 min), Miami Circle Park (2 min), and the Everglades (40 min). Parties or noisy meetings are not allowed under any circumstances. Check-in time is after 3 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. A $40 fee applies for check-ins before 11 AM or after 9 PM.
